Part 2 — tem / não tem (There is / has)

In Brazilian speech, use tem (there is / there are / it has) — very common in daily conversation.

Não tem estacionamento.	There’s no parking.

Questions and answers with tem

Part 3 — Interrogativos: onde, o que, qual, quais

Part 4 — Fonética: vogais nasais (Nasal vowels) — 5–8 min

Nasal vowels are essential in Brazilian Portuguese. If you skip them, words sound foreign instantly.

The four main nasal spellings

How to produce nasal vowels

Start the vowel sound normally.
Let air flow through your nose and mouth at the same time.
Don’t pronounce a separate n or m — the nasal quality is in the vowel.
