Em + place — contractions

There are some, but none near here. The nearest is far — in the center of the neighborhood.

There's one next to the building! Open late.
Perfeito. Moro no lugar certo — tem tudo perto!
Perfect. I live in the right place — everything is nearby!
Pinheiros é assim. Não tem nenhum bairro perfeito, mas esse é prático.
Pinheiros is like that. No neighborhood is perfect, but this one is practical.
