Part 1 — Gramática: verbos reflexivos
Grammar focus: Reflexive verbs — se + verb (the subject does the action to themselves).
Core reflexive routine verbs

Part 2 — Pronome antes do verbo (Pronoun placement)
In conversation, Paulistanos put the pronoun before the verb:

After the verb (hyphenated) is more formal. In São Paulo cafés and offices, you’ll hear me levanto, not levanto-me.

Geralmente me deito às onze. Mas no sábado me deito mais tarde.
I usually go to bed at eleven. But on Saturday I go to bed later.

Pronome antes do verbo
In fast speech, me and se attach lightly to the verb:
- mi-le-VAN-to (me levanto)
- si-AR-ru-ma (se arruma)
